La Casona Chapala

My friend was treated like royalty, and we had a lovely stay. The room was clean, nicely equipped, and beautifully decorated. Since he had an early departure, the staff went to the trouble of making breakfast the night before and leaving it in his refrigerator. The hotel is right in the heart of town, with easy access to everything. I can’t recommend this boutique hotel enough.

Breakfast is included, and the hot meal was excellent. The staff were professional, responsive, and top notch. This downtown Chapala boutique hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated, with useful extras like shampoo and conditioner. There was hot water in the shower too. I highly recommend it.

La Casona Chapala felt like a home away from home. The rooms were extremely clean, the beds comfortable, and the hot breakfast tasty and generous. Staff were kind, helpful, accommodating, and provided excellent service. Johnathan, the owner, was pleasant and always available to help guests. He’s hands-on and makes sure everyone is looked after. The hotel is downtown Chapala, close to restaurants, shopping, and the lovely lakefront. It’s a boutique hotel with first-rate accommodation, and I recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the Chapala area. Thanks for a wonderful stay. See you when we return in 2023.

We were fitted in at the last minute, which was great. Jonathan was kind and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated with everything we needed. Breakfast was delightful, and the price was good value. A lovely place in downtown Chapala.
