The staff’s care and attention to detail made our stay. Arturo and Gilbert suggested great places around Town, made reservations, arranged taxis, and handled every request. The other concierge staff were just as helpful. We had coffee waiting each morning and complimentary tea each evening. Our Caribbean deluxe room had a stunning view, and the included breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices with excellent service. We also got free drink vouchers and access to the sister hotels’ amenities. There was something happening every evening, like a seafood bar or two-for-one mojitos. The location is central to what you’d want to experience in Tulum, whether walking or taking taxis. I’ve never had hotel staff so attentive and caring. They truly looked after our well-being and went above and beyond. We can’t recommend it enough and will 100% return on our next visit.

El Pez has a real boutique feel. The staff knew our names, room number, and coffee preferences, while still delivering great quality and service. We loved the food and drinks at the restaurant, the incredible beach, and the pool, which was always empty when we were there. The location is near everything but still peaceful. I honestly can’t think of anything bad to say.

The octopus was amazing, and the food overall was excellent. The dishes felt based on traditional Mexican ideas, with modern touches in both presentation and ingredients that worked really well. We had a great view, and the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The manager stopped by every table to chat about the meal and check how people were enjoying it. I was really satisfied and will definitely go back.

The beach is beautiful, though the rocks make it less than ideal for swimming. Our room had direct beach access, with the sand right outside and only steps to the water. There was also an outdoor jetted tub, separate from the room and bathroom, and the whole setting was perfect for relaxing. The food and drinks were amazing. Service was slow, but everything is made from scratch, so you have to be patient and understanding.

We visited El Pez’s restaurant in January and had a delightful time. The sea breeze was lovely, the view magnificent, and the service wonderful. The food looked great and tasted delicious. Naturally, we ordered tacos in Mexico and tried several kinds, all of which we enjoyed. The hotel grounds looked beautiful too. I’d recommend it.
