We were in room 4, facing the street, and two bars across from us played loud music all night. We got no rest. The landscape-view room may be a better choice, since the street view was the big problem. The room itself had a nice big bed, a small TV with cable, hot water in the shower, and a little fan that looked ready to fall at any moment. The nightly price seemed reasonable, and breakfast was offered for guests.

Being close enough to walk to the center was the upside. The place isn't maintained, though, and was very dirty. It seemed like they hadn't even swept the room before guests arrived. My first room smelled strongly of damp, had peeling walls covered in mold, and a window that wouldn't close. I felt uneasy leaving my things there, so I asked to switch. They agreed, and the replacement room was in better shape and didn't smell damp, but the bathroom was still really dirty. There was even a blood stain on the shower curtain. For the price, I expected a cleaner place. I wouldn't return.

The rooms are roomy, comfortable, and clean, and it's a very good place to stay near the city center. The TVs are a bit old, and they only leave one bottle of water, but those are the only small downsides. If you'll be coming back late at night, tell them ahead of time, since you'll need to knock at the door. Otherwise, it's excellent.
