DESNIVEL

It was a lovely, secluded getaway, and the room was cozy and very clean. I felt like I was in a Russian forest. The bathroom was wonderful, with a tub where I could enjoy bubble baths and salts, something I miss because every apartment in Russia has one. Next time I'd book a LOFT instead of a suite, since I'd like a kitchen and jacuzzi. There's a dehumidifier in the room, and I worked out how to use it right away. We brought our own remote batteries when we found some missing, so that didn't bother us. People wrote about an odor from the shower drain, but that isn't true; there was even an air freshener in the room. It's more like an AirBNB than a classic hotel. There's no cleaning service, and they don't bring toilet paper, though we didn't need any. There's nothing nearby, and without a car there's not much to do there. Arriving early isn't useful either, since the cleaning lady is very slow and inefficient. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Russians, I RECOMMEND IT!!!

The rooms are lovely, especially the forest view, but the service is quite poor. Internet kept cutting out and mostly didn't work. They left only half a roll of toilet paper with no spare, and it took two hours to get more. No one explained the extra services or how to book them. I'd recommend it just as a place to sleep, without expecting more.

The place is beautiful, but our suite had a strong mildew smell. Service was almost nonexistent: there was no one around and not even a reception desk. They gave us a number to text, but no one ever replied. I still think the property is beautiful, yet they urgently need to pay much more attention to guests.

This has become our favorite place near the city. It's peaceful, and we could really unwind. With a kitchen and several different areas, there was plenty of room to enjoy. It felt like having an entire house to ourselves, rather than just staying in a hotel.
