The calm atmosphere made it an incredibly relaxing stay, and the service was outstanding. Vida Chelem was spotless, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully arranged so it was easy to feel at ease. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a special place, almost a sanctuary where we could truly unwind. Rick and Jairo were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made sure we felt welcome and cared for without hovering, and their pride in the property showed in the details. This was one of the most restful, rejuvenating vacations we’ve had. We’re grateful for the experience, can’t recommend Vida Chelem, Rick, and Jairo highly enough, and will absolutely be back. 💛🌴

The views are stunning, whether it’s day or night. We watched pelicans fishing and saw amazingly breathtaking sunsets, with plenty of sun and shade to choose from. The biggest decision was whether to spend the day at the pool or by the ocean! We’re leaving this Oasis today after 11 fantastic days of pure tranquility. The place is clean, friendly, safe, and so peaceful. Arturo and Deanna are angels who took care of every need and made sure every detail was on point. We found some great little restaurants in town for the days we didn’t feel like cooking. I have a history of getting sick while traveling, so I was careful but adventurous with the food and had zero issues. We can’t wait to come back!

The hosts at Vida Chelem made us feel so cared for. Jairo also suggested amazing places to visit and restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed on site, and even more. The beauty and quiet set us in a wonderful mood throughout our stay. We recommend it if you want a break from the tourist bustle of Cancun or Tulúm.

Our suites were clean, with nice hot showers and the basics replenished as needed. We enjoyed cooking in our suite and also using the courtyard barbecue. It was easy to go from the courtyard and pool to those spectacular ocean views. We wanted a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful beach views, and an authentic experience, and our 9 day stay at Vida Chelem gave us all of that. Our on-site host Arturo made the trip so enjoyable with his hospitality and genuine care, making sure our needs were met every day. He knows the area and its food, restaurants, tours, attractions, and even the best coffee in town. We really value his knowledge, kindness, and friendship, and will miss him dearly. Thanks, Jairo and Arturo, for your hospitality and the use of your beautiful suites. We’ll be back! 🤩
