The room matched the description, and it was clean and spacious with a comfy king-size bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The Tren Meya station and International Ferry Terminal are just five minutes away, and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

A flight delay brought me here, and the 1am check-in went smoothly. The receptionist was very polite, and my room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There's a park across the street, and the beach is within walking distance. It felt safe and secure, and the price for the quality was excellent.

The service was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the airport, which is a plus. The rooms are big and luxurious. The nearest restaurants are easy to reach on foot.

I was there for just one night, on my first trip to Mexico, with my little puppy. They had no signs saying pets weren't allowed. I was fine with paying a fee when they told me there was one, but then they said it would be $2,300 Mexican pesos, even though one night cost $900 pesos. I was shocked, but paid because I was already there. They robbed me of $2,300 Mexican pesos.
