The gated yard feels secure, and there’s a pool. The rooms are very basic and seemed a bit pricey to me, around 700 pesos depending. It’s a pretty good option if you don’t feel like going to Chetumal.

The staff were excellent, attentive, and helpful, and the rooms were very clean. Hot water, air conditioning, and the pool were all great. I highly recommend it.

There was no water in the bathrooms or showers, and the rooms were shut all day without ventilation. Walking in felt like stepping into an oven, it was horribly hot. On top of that, they charge an outrageous amount if you leave your vehicle even briefly. I don’t recommend it.
