Casa María Jimena

The service was great, better than what you get at most good places.

I arrived in a panic after losing my phone before I got to Hotel Boutique Casa María Jimena in the first week of June. The woman at reception let me use the hotel phone to update my family, and I managed to call my own number and reach whoever had found it. She even offered her laptop in case I needed to change my flight. I asked the staff for quite a bit during my stay, including a 9 p.m. wake-up call and help arranging an Uber or taxi to get to a concert. They took care of both without making me feel like a bother. The brothers on the night shift were also really helpful, and everyone made me feel at home. I’ll be back in Chihuahua and already know where I’m staying. The place is pleasant, clean, and affordable, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. Thanks again to the staff, you’re the best!

The Leal Chávez family give you such a warm welcome as soon as you arrive. They go over the amenities carefully and walk you to your room. Housekeeping was professional and kept checking that everything we needed was taken care of. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
