It's an old hotel, but clean and in a great spot right in the historic center, beside the cathedral. We picked it for that location, and because breakfast is included and you can eat up on the roof while looking out over the city.

The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is good, and the location is great. The roof terrace is nice too, and you can bring your own beers up there.

The hotel is nice enough, but it was the way the staff dealt with two problems that earned my five stars. I booked because the website said each room had a fridge. Mine didn't, but they brought one up within 10 minutes. Two days later it stopped working, and I woke up to spoiled food and warm drinks. The staff generously reimbursed me for what I'd lost and sent a full breakfast to my room.

On my first visit to Chihuahua, I spent two nights at this very nice, clean hotel. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was very good. I especially enjoyed the beautiful city views from the terrace. The downtown location is perfect, and I'll come back. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the free breakfast was good. Soundproofing was the problem. When another group of guests arrived, I could hear their footsteps, conversation, and doors opening very clearly. Still, it was a good experience overall.
