The blankets were wonderfully cozy, and the rooms were very clean and a good size. They offer free water and coffee at reception, which we really appreciated. The staff are so attentive, kind, and friendly, and they'll help with whatever they can. The service is unmatched. Highly recommend it!

The place is new and very clean, but when we arrived there was no hot water for a shower, no toilet paper, and only one towel for two people. I wondered if they don't get many guests. At night, light came through the window because the curtain didn't keep it out, and I had a hard time sleeping. It would be great if they fixed those things.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room stayed warm. The rooms are small, but we slept well, aside from the neighbor's rooster. They had space for three cars, offered us complimentary coffee, and provided a very thorough information folder. It's a bit far from the center, which does make parking easier. The hotel looks lovely and was very clean. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the person who answered the phone to the reception staff. In the evening, there was a serious but polite young man, and in the morning, a very pretty, genuinely friendly young woman. The shower temperature was tricky to adjust, swinging between very hot and very cold, though we managed to find the right setting. They also don't take credit cards. I'd definitely stay again.

Jazz Hotel is a good choice for a comfortable, clean stay, with attentive and friendly staff. It's about a five-minute walk from the Zacatlán bus station and 15-20 minutes on foot to the town center. The town feels generally safe. My ground-floor room had a street-facing window, so it got plenty of light, and the curtains worked fine. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a TV with lots of channels. It was clean, though I didn't like the smell of the cleaning product they used. I would have preferred a chlorine smell.
