We’re staying for two nights and were lucky to get an early check-in. The woman at the desk showed us the rooms that were available, so we could pick one with lots of natural light and a lovely view of the church next door. You can hear its bells, but the room still feels peaceful and relaxing. One of the nicest hotels we’ve had the pleasure of visiting.

The food was just as good in flavor and quality as the rest of the stay. Our rooms and the common areas were spotless, and the building and neighborhood are beautiful. Service from the staff was the best we’ve ever had, with friendly managers and waiters. Josue and Sebastian made our hotel experience especially good. We’re planning to come back and stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the food and drinks, particularly the poblano omelette, and Sebastian was so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is the nicest we’ve stayed in around Chihuahua. It’s in the historic center, and the building dates back to the 1830s, with historic charm alongside modern amenities. The rooms are excellent too.

We only had one night before heading to Monterrey the next day, which was a shame. The staff had breakfast ready for us to take along because we had an early flight, and everyone had been friendly since we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and we could walk to lots of stores from this great location. The drinks with dinner could’ve been better, but we’ll definitely return.

We only stayed one night, and it was worth it. The courtyard and restrooms are beautiful, and the room was spotless and comfortable with great amenities. The historic elegance of the hotel really comes through.
