There’s too much to get into here. I’d only stay here as a last resort for the night.

A comfortable place to stay, with clean rooms and service that’s okay.

The receptionist’s phone service was terrible. Also, beware: the website listed on their portal isn’t official. When you book online, they ask for your card details and CVV, but you still end up paying at reception.

I’ve stayed here again and definitely recommend it. The suites are comfortable and very clean, so I sleep really well, and the reception service is excellent. This is surely going to become my favorite hotel.

We assumed the hotel was clean, but found bed bugs, and my husband was bitten. I’ve attached pictures. We showed the bites to the receptionist downstairs, but she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. She only said they’d fumigate. We couldn’t rest, the problem wasn’t resolved, and we decided to leave.
