I stayed here for my birthday in 2023 and had a good experience, so I booked it again for a trip in 2026. Mexican immigration delayed us at the airport and we missed our flight. I tried calling right away but couldn't get an answer. Expedía contacted them too. I hoped to change the dates or get a refund, but they refused to help with either. It's sad to see that customer service doesn't seem to matter, while money does. Thanks for keeping the money without doing anything for it.

We found bed bugs in room 303. The hygiene problem was serious enough that we had to leave and spend over $2,000 on somewhere else to stay. I reported it immediately and followed up several times, but after two months neither the hotel nor Booking.com has offered a resolution. Communication was poor throughout, and there was no accountability.

Bed bugs here. We reported them, but they denied it and called us liars. We left after the first night of our five-night stay, got no refund, and were told we'd made the whole thing up. Be warned.

I only stayed one night, and it was a wonderful experience in a lovely, cozy apartment equipped for a longer visit. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast and fresh coffee were available in the morning. The location is great, right across from a convenience store and a restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it.

It didn't feel worth the price. The doorman smiled briefly, but every other staff member I saw looked unfriendly. And they still owed me a bottle of red wine.
