Tourists should know what to expect here. The rooms are tiny, especially with two beds, and the bathrooms are small and unappealing. They take payment for the full stay upfront and won’t refund you if you change your mind. The business center has been completely gutted, and the Wi-Fi tops out at 10kB/s, like it’s stuck in 2005. The amenities are below par, and the building has had a bad facelift. The savings aren’t worth it, spend more for a Marriott or Hilton.

We got decent service, though it could’ve been better, and the rooms are fine if you’re only there to sleep. Finding the entrance was confusing, especially at night. I had to drive around a few times before I figured out how to reach the lobby. My wife and I also slept poorly because we felt something crawling on us, though we can’t say what it was.

The breakfast situation was frustrating too. Breakfast was advertised online as free and included with the booking, but when we asked at the hotel, they said we hadn’t paid for it and wanted another 150 pesos per person. On our first day, my family and I got there and the kids tried to use the pool, but the area was packed with people drinking. The pool was full of drunks, and later the music kept blasting until around 12:00 or 1:00 in the morning, so it was hard to sleep. There are rules posted on the walls, but the hotel doesn’t seem to enforce them. It was a terrible experience, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I’d never stay there again or recommend it.

Whenever I’m in Chihuahua, I stay here. The staff are friendly, the place is immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. The price is low for what you get, including a great hot breakfast with full table service. If you just need somewhere to sleep, eat breakfast, and spend a few hours during the day, this is the place. I can’t recommend it enough.

Construction directly in front of the building made it hard to get into the hotel, a pretty awful start to a vacation. The road is right outside too, so traffic noise makes it terrible if you’re trying to sleep. The rooms are small, and the cleaning crew sprays them with a strange scent, kind of like soap. I expected more.
