I booked this room through Expedia for my mom after her surgery, and it was already paid for before she arrived. She got there before check-in and was told to wait on the lobby couch. Once 3 p.m. passed, the hostess checked in other guests and left my mom waiting until she complained. Then she put her in the worst room. She was rude and inconsiderate throughout. We won't stay here again.

We came to Chihuahua to visit our daughter, who lives nearby, and would happily stay here again. The staff were warm and accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was incredible, and we also enjoyed the in-house restaurant, especially the Flautas.

The service was good and the location is excellent, but the rooms are really, really old.

We were only here for one night with the family. The room was clean, and the A/C worked fine even in the cold winter weather. Breakfast needs some work, though. Rice and fried fish didn't feel right in the morning, so I asked for huevos al gusto.

The hotel has a really nice feel to it, and the rooms are clean and relaxing. The restaurant food wasn't that good, but there are plenty of other restaurants nearby.
