6/10
The location is handy, with Fashion Mall Chihuahua right on the same property, and I had a good view of the city from my clean, open, pleasant room. There’s a little card slot by the door; leaving the room key in it lets you run most of the lights. The room itself was great, but I couldn’t get the AC working, and there’s no microwave or fridge. I’d also have liked washcloths, rather than just hand towels, for washing my face and body.

The food was good, but it took over an hour to arrive. Service was very poor, and even an urgent request didn’t get us checked in an hour early. The entrance is also really odd. I don’t think this deserves a 3-star rating.

I could hear people talking loudly from 1 to 3 am on the second night, and loud music kept going until 2 am on the first. Sound insulation is especially bad here, even compared with the poor soundproofing you find at many hotels. After two nights like that, I wouldn’t stay again or recommend it.

There’s no parking at the hotel itself. You have to go around to the back of the building and park in the mall lot.

The restaurant serves from breakfast through late dinner. I also liked the amenities, especially the gym, pool, and computers, and the staff were very friendly. Nice hotel.
