I loved the views of several churches and Popocatepetl mt! The location was close to everything, but still peaceful enough to relax. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, modern and elegant, and spotless from the lobby to the rooms. The staff made the stay especially memorable. They were kind, attentive, and seemed to anticipate what I needed. It felt like they truly cared about making my experience special. I’d recommend it for a getaway or a business trip, and I’ll definitely return.

The stay was amazing in general, but I can’t get on board with the glass walls around the toilets. There’s so little privacy. It might work if you’re sharing with a long-term partner, but it’s awkward with a new date or friends.

Tila made for an amazing stay. We had a great view of the volcano and the church on top of the temple. The rooms were spacious and modern, the location was perfect, and the staff were polite and very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Very loud, the beds were hard, and there were only a few windows in the room. There’s no restaurant either.

The rooftop views are stunning, and the terraced rooms open onto large, beautiful spaces. The design and materials blend naturally with the arquitectura antigua, even though the new construction surrounds and sits alongside and on top of the ancient edifice. The finishes, fixtures, and furnishings all feel carefully done. It’s a chic place, but the staff are delightful and never off-putting.
