We arrived with a reservation my partner and I had made, only to be told it had “never been made.” The owner or manager kept eating while talking with us, then left to make calls and had us waiting for quite a while. Once he was off the phone, he sat back down and kept eating without offering any fix. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't recommend the place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the small green areas were very nice. We were there for an event and were offered an extra individual space. Service was good overall, and there’s parking.

We couldn't get any rest because the rooms were so noisy, and there was no privacy at all. You could hear everything from the other rooms. The service was nonexistent, there wasn't any toilet paper, and the shower barely worked, so taking a normal shower was difficult. The rooms were awful.

At $900 a night, this place seriously falls short. The room is very basic, and breakfast wasn't included despite what we were told in the advertising. We were also promised a guard at night, but he was conspicuously absent. The location is good, but there's no one to open the parking gate, so you have to get out and do it yourself. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The chef is so attentive, and the stew tacos are incredibly delicious. I’m rating the restaurant here. There's parking and a garden, though I think the garden is only for hotel guests. The waiter service could be better, but it’s still worth coming for a meal.
