I felt at home right away. The room was spotless, cozy, and well kept, and the location is great, about 1 km from the historic center of Cuernavaca in a peaceful, very safe gated community. The host made me feel cared for like a friend from the moment I arrived. He’s thoughtful and incredibly warm, and he’s also a fantastic breakfast cook who made every morning feel special. If I come back to Cuernavaca, I know where I’ll stay. Highly recommended.
Mr. Juan gave excellent service, and the place is very nice. My family and I hope to come back soon.
They wouldn't answer, and I couldn't get in because the police officer wouldn't let anyone through. He told me the owner was sick and wasn't opening. The street is a dead end and doesn't even have a name.
The owners are so welcoming and flexible, and their kindness and attention are what make the place feel magical. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable, and I’d live here if I could. Highly recommended.
It’s centrally located for visiting historic sites and shopping, and there’s a pool. The food is delicious, and Mr. Juan is an unmatched host. A good place to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax. Small breeds are welcome.
