Hostal De San Pedro

Don't go, it's a trap! We paid the monthly fee up front for a multiple room for me, my husband, our son, and our three cats, and left after just 15 days. We asked for a refund, but she kept 1600MXN and gave us only 1300mxn back. She also threatened not to pay if we called to ask for our money. The place wasn't what it looked like. Our first room was too noisy because of the street beside it. They moved us to another room, but it had no internet, which I need for work. The owner offered to let me use my computer in another room, but only Monday through Friday morning, so there was no internet on weekends. We chose it because it said it was pet friendly and we have three cats. After they peed once in the living room, she asked that they stay only in our room and the roof top, and we were fine with that. Blanca Estela ( the owner) also kept setting new kitchen rules every day, and we followed everything she asked. The breaking point was when she insulted my husband by saying he smelled bad. Completely inappropriate and a huge lack of respect toward someone paying to stay there. There's no real breakfast either, just some bad coffee and an old cake she buys for the whole week. Worst place ever, with an ugly and rude owner. Never go there!!!!
