We stayed for a weekend, and the staff were so friendly. When we mentioned the hot water wasn’t working, it was fixed within five minutes. The hotel has good facilities and is in a great spot for visiting Cholula’s attractions. There’s no hotel parking, but you can leave your car safely in some spaces next door. I’d definitely recommend it.

I arrived to check in at 10:40 pm on Saturday, February 1st. The room looked clean and was warm enough at night without needing heat, but I didn’t feel safe walking around the area after dark. What put me off returning was the man at reception, "Sergio." He treated me poorly and made a prejudiced comment, saying he’d seen me taking a long time to pack my suitcase in my car outside the hotel and that my house must be just as organized. Is that really the kind of feedback guests are supposed to get? I won’t come back because of his behavior.

After a long walk and the climb up to the church, this was a lovely place to rest. The place was very clean, the service was excellent, and water and coffee were always available. The location also made it easy to get to the center and the archaeological zone, with everything for enjoying Cholula close by.

I hadn’t been back to Puebla in four years, and this hotel was a great choice. It was very clean, well located, and the staff gave excellent service.
