The noise made this stay hard to recommend. Bars and clubs are almost next door, and with windows that don't block the sound, weekend nights were impossible to sleep through. The hotel could do much better. The kitchen is very basic, and the bathroom is tiny with no hot water, though maybe hot water isn't needed in Carmen's weather.

We spent evenings in the seating areas enjoying the ocean breeze, and the pool and grounds were lovely and well kept. Across from the malecon, this small hotel also has a very clean, well-equipped room and a nice breakfast restaurant. Highly recommend it.

The pool and outdoor space were clean and pleasant, and the rooms had nice air conditioning. The area is great, and the bar and restaurant had good food and drinks. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it.
