The place looks much better in the photos. At 1,400 pesos a night, I honestly think it should cost 600 for what you get. The room had been cleaned terribly, with dead animals in it, and I woke up in the middle of the night to find a spider on the bed. It seems like they don't fumigate. It could've been worse, but I did wake up. There's a sign saying you can't cancel or get a refund once you've checked in. That tells you they don't take responsibility, and the hotel is awful. They also won't let you bring any food or drinks into the room, which I've never seen at a hotel. It seems designed to make you spend at their restaurant, where water costs 40 pesos. Save yourself the trouble of staying here. We left the next night for the Radisson Hotel, which was obviously a thousand times better. The hotel gave us no refund, but I wasn't going to risk getting bitten by something. The water wasn't really hot either, and I suffered through it. The only redeeming thing was that the receptionist was friendly. Seriously, don't stay there.

We had a long wait for help getting my suitcase down the stairs, even though I was wearing a leg brace, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude. A room service worker also didn't give my change back. They never came to clean the room, and the drain was clogged. The shuttle charged us $300 to take two women from just half a block away, even though a round trip over longer distances costs $250 at any time. They don't let you bring food or drinks inside, so you have to buy from them, but the room service staff keep the change. Better to just leave. Don't stay here.

The location is convenient, very close to the highway, and the receptionist was excellent, a 10 out of 10, super helpful. There are enough amenities to stay comfortably for two nights without leaving. But the prices feel high for the service, and you have to pay a corkage fee to bring in food or drinks. The waiters don't keep track of the bills well and may charge you for things you shouldn't owe, so check your bill carefully. I gave it a 3 because customer service and the guest experience need a lot of work. Get any agreement with the owner written on your invoice or receipt. Would I stay here again? Honestly, I'd think twice.
