A 10 minute bus ride gets you to the hotel zone, and there are lots of affordable places across the street serving fresh local food. There's also a 24-hour convenience store, oxxon, on the same block. The price is totally reasonable, and our experience with the staff and location was awesome. Thanks to Macarena hostel for taking care of us.

The price is really cheap and the staff are great. They do have some problems with water and electricity.
