Everything besides the carpet and how management handled my complaint was great, and the staff were great too. I stayed in room 303 from 2/19/21-2/24/21. The carpet looked disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I told the person in charge, he didn't seem concerned, just asked me to fill out a form at the front desk and left without answering me. I had booked because the hotel had good reviews, but I was disappointed with management and the way my room was presented. Management needs better customer service.

The rooms are basic, and the prices feel pretty high for what you get. It's at the entrance to town, and staying there is fairly comfortable. I can't really recommend it, though it can be a good location when there are parties or other big events in Jerez, since it's next to the party spaces.

The whole experience, from check-in through check-out, went smoothly. The woman at the front desk went well beyond what she had to do. Great customer service.

We asked several times for towels, but got no response and none were available.

The rooms are comfortable and very nice, the food is delicious, and the service I received was excellent. It's a good place.
