I stayed for the easy beach access, and getting there was convenient. The staff were awesome, and breakfast was good with excellent coffee. Just know the WiFi requires a first floor room. Heavy rain may flood your room, so keep belongings off the floor and it should be fine.

Have a car if you plan to stay here. There was no public transit or taxi service nearby, and the front desk said they couldn't call one for me, which is ridiculous for a Bonvoy property. I ended up walking an hour to the bus station, missing my bus, then waiting there the rest of the day for the next one. I'm a Titanium Bonvoy member, and I won't stay here again.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the hotel was quiet and clean. The crew was cooperative, though the restaurant was disappointing: breakfast had little variety, and there's no lunch or dinner restaurant in the hotel. More generally, communication in English is lacking in Mexico.

You can see the beach through the front windows, and there are a couple of places next door to eat or get a drink. The location works well, and the helpful staff serve breakfast in the morning. It's affordable and has WiFi and the basics you need, even if the rooms aren't fancy. Nothing to complain about.
