We checked in on Saturday and learned that TV channels weren’t available because of network problems. They told us to wait. The next day there was no hot water, and maintenance said they were working on it but gave no estimate for when it would be fixed. Three days later, we still had no hot water. We also had to change rooms twice because the toilets wouldn’t flush properly. Make sure to ask if everything is working before checking in.

Over the 30 days I stayed here, I had just one issue besides a cold shower, and housekeeping was never a problem. I was there on three work trips in the last four months, and the staff treated me well every time. Joli, Teresa, Abril, and Sandra at the front desk were fantastic. Polanco and the other restaurant guy whose name I can’t remember, along with waitress McKalya, were great too. The menu is limited, but the food is really good. The location isn’t bad, though apart from the store next door, you have to walk about half a mile to reach any restaurants.

The room was spotless and quiet, and the food selection for ordering in was good. The staff were awesome and treated me like a VIP. There are several nice work areas for impromptu meetings and a well-stocked bar. I also liked the lovely garden for a quick morning yoga session. Parking felt very safe, with 24-hour security, and I was able to leave heavy equipment in the car.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and okay. But the AC didn’t work well, so I spent my nights sweating. Breakfast was meant to be available at 6am, but it still wasn’t completely ready at 6:30.
