Four Points by Sheraton Ciudad Juarez

Check the exchange rate when paying in dollars, and make sure the card charge lines up with the peso amount on the receipt. My bill was 240 Mexican pesos, and they said they used a rate of 17.50 Mexican pesos per US dollar. That doesn't seem to match what I was charged, which was about $15 and some cents USD. I'm not making a big deal of it, but if this happens to many customers repeatedly, it could bring the business extra profit. I reported it to the employee in charge.

I spent a full week here, and it met and exceeded my standards as a frequent flyer and Marriott elite member. The food was great, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and the location was good. They also offer a free car service if you reserve it ahead of time. Thanks for a great stay in Juarez.

What stood out most was how promptly and warmly the team handled every request. The concierge was especially helpful with local recommendations and making sure my visit went smoothly. From arrival on, everyone I met, from the front desk to housekeeping, was friendly, professional, and clearly wanted me to feel welcome. Staying at four points Juarez was one of my best hotel experiences. I'd highly recommend four points by Sheraton Juarez for a relaxing, easy stay, and I'll be back on my next trip to Juarez.

For a vacation, this would be fine, but I travel for business, so spotty WiFi is a dealbreaker and I may not come back. The hotel was clean, the staff were good, and the AC worked great. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, and only one bottle of water seemed to be free. For the room price, I found that stingy.
