The location is a big plus. There are plenty of places to eat, and a mall is within walking distance. The airport is about 30 minutes away with good traffic. Wi-Fi was strong, the elevators worked, and the views leaving my building were stunning. The front desk was efficient and direct, and communication was good before, during, and after my stay. They also offer cleaning for stays of 7+days, though I was there for 2nights. My bathroom had black mold and smelled moldy. If you have asthma, this may not be a place for you. The bedding was stained and smelled funky, so it seemed like it hadn’t been washed or changed. That was the biggest turnoff. The mattress itself was comfy. There’s supposed to be a quiet period for guests, but there was loud music during both my nights in building 3c. Smoking is prohibited, but I noticed smoking anyway. Late checkout costs extra, and there are other fees, such as for leaving keys inside the room. Aunty tip: buy your disposable bedding set and towels from Amazon. I booked 3 nights through Airbn for under $100usd because I didn’t know about the late checkout charge. For me it was worth the money, but with the mold I’d rather book somewhere else. If they address and remediate it, then it would be worth it.

Good deals on accommodation and a central spot, with a few nice restaurants and cafes in the building and nearby. There’s parking for patrons, plus paid parking close by for visitors. Pet friendly. I’d recommend it if you want an affordable stay in the city.

The price is super cheap, the parking feels safe, local food is great, and there’s a small store downstairs. But in 100 degree weather there was no air conditioning, and the fans were broken. The cheap flooring is badly damaged, with shower water getting onto it. Screens and dinner table chairs were broken too. The fridge was too small to fit ice in. The upstairs neighbors’ staircase is inside your rental, and this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. After checkout they looked for any reason to keep the cash deposit. They charged 100pesos because a towel was dirty. Just lame. We won’t be back.

The room looked nice for an affordable price, and reception was helpful. It was very quiet, and I enjoyed having a balcony. Downstairs there’s a restaurant and a small grocery shop selling dry goods. I was glad to have water and coffee there. Plenty of good restaurants are within walking distance, so I recommend the place.

The rooftop room had a nice view, but our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the underground parking, so we parked on the street and it was damaged there. Money and a cell phone were also stolen from our room. The staff weren’t helpful.
