The service was excellent. The staff worked hard, were kind, and stayed on top of everything. The bigger problem is the antique AC units. In summer, you'll suffer, and there seems to be nothing they can do. When it was 105 outside, the room felt like 120. They moved me twice, but that didn't help. The hotel is just old, and it seems they haven't invested in its infrastructure for 30 years. I can see why it's no longer part of the CAMINO REAL chain. If you want your room to feel like a sauna, go ahead.
