10/10
The outdoor seating is a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The rooms feel very plush, and both room service and the restaurant serve great food. Parking is a bit tight, though it felt very secure. Given the location, this hotel is amazing. Definitely the place to stay.

4/10
The restaurant has reasonably priced choices, and the food tastes good. The rooms and buildings look good at first, but the carpets are really filthy when you look closely. We were a large group spread across two rooms, and both rooms had bed bugs. The service was great, but the cleaning and the price make it hard to recommend this place for the town, even though it’s almost the only option. It’s expensive for what they offer.

The police chief brought me here after I had a minor motorcycle fender bender and broke a couple of ribs. I wouldn’t have picked somewhere this expensive, but I wasn’t in a position to argue. It turned out to be a really peaceful spot to recover after such a hectic day. It was the nicest place I stayed during my two weeks, and very affordable by US standards.

The gym is great, and the rooms are pretty neat. There’s also a bar with live music on Thursdays. It’s a good business hotel for work weeks in Ciudad Sahagun or Calpulalpan, though the Wi-Fi could be better.

The restaurant serves good food, and the staff are awesome. If you're in the area, it's a great place to stay.
