The rooms were spacious and quiet, and the parking was locked. We were driving from Texas to Mexico City and needed a place to stop, so the location worked well, and the city was cute. No food or breakfast is available at the property, though. Even just offering coffee would be an easy fix.

12/16/24. I asked to see a room before booking because I was concerned about allergies, since some rooms are moldy. The person on duty wouldn't show me one and said the risk was mine, explaining that guests aren't allowed to view the rooms. Terrible, rude service.

You get hot water and a TV, and the room was really spacious with a balcony facing the street. Parking was across the street from the plaza. Saturdays were the downside, with loud music that you could hear in the room whenever they passed by. Still, I'd recommend the hotel.

The service was good. They could make better use of the dining area by offering a breakfast buffet. The space at the entrance by Santander could also be used for souvenirs. It'd help to have the hotel restaurant's menu and the password in each room.
