The staff were nice, and the place was clean and well located. But they put the few guests on the third floor together, with nobody on the other floors, and the loud, obnoxious noise was outrageous. I enjoyed true dumps more. Never again.

The breakfast buffet was decent and the service there was great, but I won't stay here again or recommend it. I paid 2200 MX per night after arriving at 8pm, and expected an impeccable room for that price. The AC wouldn't cool and barely any water came from the showerhead. Before checkout the next morning, I asked to get a refund for the following night, which I'd already paid for. The front desk woman was kind, apologized, and said she'd need her manager's approval, but assured me I'd get a refund if nothing else could be done. She said he would arrive at 7am, so I came back then. The older manager was rude and arrogant, said a refund wasn't possible, but did move us to another room.

The staff on the floor were excellent, and the food was good. The room was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant, and the pillows smelled bad.
