Finding this place through Hotels.com was a delightful surprise. It’s inexpensive, super clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The shower has great water pressure, and there are lots of accessible rooms for people with disabilities. We loved it enough to come back after our first stay in January 2025, returning in December 2025 and again in January 2026. Now it’s our ideal place to recharge in Coatzacoalcos. We finally tried the restaurant this time and liked the food, though service was slow. It’s "far" from the tourist boardwalk, but still worth the trip for a relaxing break.

There’s no parking, but the price is good and the hotel is clean with enough services. It’s in a commercial area near the boardwalk, and works for families as well as business travelers.

I had a bad experience here. They put cameras in the rooms to spy on guests and employees, and the lobby staff were incredibly arrogant and rude.
