We were two adults and two children, visiting family in El Trapiche, and Fiesta Inn worked great for us. Fernando & Gil were wonderful when we arrived and throughout the stay. They were quick to help carry things whenever we needed it. The Wi-Fi was fine for casual browsing, though I can't say how it handles heavier use like streaming. Las Brasas & Tacos Alteña are an easy drive away, and there are convenience stores and other amenities close by. We'll book here again.

The staff were really friendly, which was the one bright spot. The Wi-Fi was awful, room service wasn't any better, and I'd avoid the laundry. They charge by the item, and we made the mistake of sending clothes out. The bill ended up higher than our stay. There are other things I could mention, but I'd rather not. Honestly, I'd only come here as a last resort, and my advice for anyone visiting Colima is to skip this hotel.

A comfortable hotel with what you need, and friendly people. One thing, though: wine should be cool, not “ice cold” like lager beer. Your Food & Beverages manager should know that. Cheers!

I've had a great experience here twice now. The staff are really friendly and make sure you're well taken care of. If you need to stop in Colima, I'd say this is the best hotel in the city. The food and drinks are surprisingly good: try the beans with veneno, aguachiles, ceviches, or arrachera. And the Sangria is to die for!

The garden and pool are beautiful, and the hotel is very clean. Parking is easy to access, and breakfast is great. What stood out most was the customer service, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast, who went above and beyond to make her experience a great one. I'd recommend it 100%.
