If you want a no-frills stay, this is the best economical motel in Mexicali. You can park in the garage and go straight to your room, without walking through a lobby or taking an elevator. The rooms are clean, although the building is old.

Room service was tasty and affordable, and it was available around the clock. The room was clean and had plenty of hot water. It's also an easy walk to the Mexicali bus station.

It's in a great spot for getting around the city in a few minutes. Years ago, when I spent many weekends in Mexicali, I stayed here often. I usually arrived intoxicated, lol, and was always treated with friendly respect. Back then, the covered-parking rooms were clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms and showers. The rooms still look much the same after all these years, so I feel confident it's still a good place for a night or two.

The staff were great and really helpful, but the walls are thin. People kept talking all night, and the place smelled really bad.
