Fiesta Inn Mexicali

This was the worst stay ever. I’ve been here twice, and this time was a disaster. The shower water was cold. I let it run for 39 minutes, and the warmest it got was cool.

We’ve stayed at Fiesta Inn whenever we visit Mexicali, so this wasn’t our first time. But on August 31, 2025, the visit was unpleasant. My wife is allergic to feather pillows, and she noticed the pillows in our room were filled with feathers. I called the front desk at about 9:20 pm. By 10, I called again and was told someone was bringing pillows. Around 11, I called once more and got the same answer. The person finally arrived at 11:13, but the replacement pillow also had feathers. We ended up using towels as pillows. The service wasn’t satisfactory.

The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up aching all over, and the pillows flattened completely with no support. If you want to rest, this hotel isn’t for you. The shower walls had mold, there was hair on the towels, and it felt disgusting and unhygienic. They use the same gel for body wash and shampoo. There were stains and dirt on the carpet, and I wouldn’t trust using anything they provide. I regret not choosing an Airbnb, where the experience would have been better and much cheaper.

A special thanks and congratulations to everyone at Fiesta Inn Méxicali. They treated me with such warmth, friendliness, and sincerity. Elizabeth and José Luis especially made the stay relaxing and pleasant. Jiic
