Martha, Luna, Cesar, and another representative whose name I can't recall were attentive, and that's the main reason for my three-star rating. The property itself is nice and rustic, in keeping with the building's architecture, and it was clean. The AC worked well, and the showers had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The cats on the property are friendly and add a cute touch. There are some easy fixes that could make a stay better. The old iron was missing parts, and the ironing board was wet and falling apart. I put a towel on it before ironing, which was lucky, since it stained the towel and could have stained my clothes. Given the cost of the stay, I think that needs attention right away. Some bedroom items, like the clocks, could also be updated without much expense. There's no food service. A coffee maker and a few small pastries in the morning would make the stay more memorable for guests.

So clean, even with all the rustic touches. The rooms feel cozy and comfortable, and the service is top tier. You can walk to everything.

We were the only guests there, and the women who checked us in and out were so helpful. If you need anything, they'll happily bring it, whether it's extra towels, shampoo, or something else. Someone in charge even made me coffee in the morning. The place was really clean, relaxing, and very nice, and I would stay again. Because of covid, meals had to be eaten offsite, but that wasn't an issue. El centro is a pleasant five-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants.

We really liked the relaxed feel, especially sitting out on the patio and having such a large room. The property has lovely big trees, and birds seemed to visit often. Everything was extremely clean, and the customer service was outstanding.

We spent five nights here, and it was very clean. I loved the Hacienda so much that, if I could afford it, I'd buy it. It's stunning, and I could picture my family holding parties and weddings there.
