The pools were ice cold and smelled strongly of chlorine, and the whole place looked old and abandoned. The service was awful too. They don't answer WhatsApp messages, and getting help feels like begging. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location is convenient for exploring on foot, and the parking feels very secure. I loved staying here. There are villas for small and large families, and it's got what you need for a quiet, comfortable break in the wonderful city of Comala. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are in perfect shape, and there's hot water. They also offer complimentary coffee and sweet bread in the morning.

A lovely place to rest, whether you're on your own, with a partner, or with family. The villas are well equipped, and there's lots of greenery and birds around. The owner is very kind and shared several tips about Comala during our stay.

We had an amazing time with the family at Casa Comalli & Spa. The grounds are spacious and very clean, with several villas and a pool with all the guest amenities. There's WiFi and TV too. Highly recommend it, 1000%!
