The room was okay, but the TV didn't work. The elevator was out of order too, so we had to carry everything up to our room.

4/10
The rooms were dirty and smelled awful, like bathroom sealant and cigarette smoke.

Everything else was nice, but the rooms need to be improved.

2/10
We had a bad experience mostly because of the staff's attitude. The air conditioning failed in some rooms and they couldn't repair it. They got annoyed when we used the microwave or asked for toilet paper. The TV and internet signal were poor too.

2/10
The location is excellent, but the facilities were a 0/10. Our bed was incredibly worn, the room reeked of damp, and the walls were crumbling. The afternoon staff member, an elderly woman, was extremely rude. There were no other rooms when I asked to switch, and they refused my refund request. A very bad stay.
