Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All I

Emilio and Javier checked in with us every day to see that everything was going well, and when we needed dinner reservations changed a few times, they handled it without hesitation. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they made the evening special with a surprise waiting in our room when we returned. They were our butlers for the week at Oceans Allure, and were welcoming and accommodating from the start. We first met Emilio, who showed us around and explained the resort's amenities. Thanks to both of them for a wonderful week!

We were on the privilege side in April 2026, and our room's swim-up pool was well worth it. Emilio and Omar were always there with a friendly smile for concierge help. I loved our daily coffee from Docelyn and Sara, who made delicious cortados with cute designs. Naye and Esme gave us fantastic, strong massages, and the hydrotherapy pools were great. Victor and Joel made lovely matching bracelets by the pool so we'd have something to remember the trip. The entertainment team and theatre delivered every night. Janet and Sylvia stood out, and we had so much fun going to every show. The food was delicious, with lots of cuisines to try in the restaurants and a buffet full of variety and surprises. One beet puree was so good, but I only saw it once. They should make it more often! The sunrises over the beautiful beach were worth getting up for. We had a great vacation and highly recommend it.

The entertainment team made this trip special. Oscar led the morning stretches and underwater cycling, giving helpful tips and making the classes fun. Luis, the activities manager, was attentive and ready to help. But Mario is the main reason we want to return. He taught us about the WaveRider on our first day, then ran water polo and jumped in to show people how to play. His water Zumba class was lively and fun, and at the foam party he got everyone dancing and cheering. Mario, you're amazing, and you made this visit unforgettable. I came with my fiancée and her family, who were seeing Cancun for the first time. We chose Ocean Allure for their first visit and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Every server was helpful and kind, and the bartenders were knowledgeable and patient. They knew what I meant even when I only mentioned a drink I'd heard of. Resort food was what you'd expect, but the buffet was a wonderful surprise. It's only open for breakfast and lunch, though, and I hope they add dinner in the future.

We had such a great time and will absolutely come back to make more connections. The hotel is remarkable and everything feels new. Breakfast and lunch had loads of fresh options every day, and Brayham was so attentive. Pez Dama was just as good, with great food and even better service from Jonathan. The pool and bar area were another highlight. Luis ran an aerobics class, and it was so much fun.
