The location felt welcoming and safe, and we loved the staff and the atmosphere. Breakfast was much better than the usual hotel spread. If you're heading to Creel, this is the place to stay!

The breakfast was excellent, but after two nights of terrible sleep my husband had no appetite for it. Don't take a downstairs room. You can hear everything upstairs, people on the stairs, and everyone laughing in the dining room because the doors and rooms have no soundproofing. Staff knew we were staying two nights but still put us in a room with all that noise. When we asked to move, they said the only other room available was right by the dining room, even noisier, and had no windows. Holiday groups were loud until 12 PM both nights, then up again at 6:30 am to catch the train. It was the worst sleep we've had in 9 months of travel. We were really stitched up.

The hostel is very central, with nice rooms and really good communal spaces. Everyone was kind and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay in Creel. You can hear the train very loudly, especially in the morning, but I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The town gets pretty noisy after dark, with trains, dogs, and music from the square. That’s nothing the hotel can control, and the staff were excellent. The hotel itself is charming and clean, right by the town center and close to the sights. Breakfast was amazing, with scrambled eggs and chorizo, frijoles, and a waffle. The staff were friendly, and there’s a nice balcony.
