Breakfast was delicious, with a different selection each day, and choosing the breakfast option was a good call. The employees seemed quite young but were very professional, and check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, and we always had bottled water, soap, and shampoo. I recommend this place 100%.

The view is nice and the location is decent, but I came away with mixed feelings because the place was so dirty. There was sand all over the floor when we arrived, as if nobody had swept, and the linen was visibly dirty each time it was changed, like in the picture. There was mold in the bathroom too. Twice we got stuck outside our room because its lock was broken, and one of those times lasted an hour. The hotel needs renovation.

My fifth-floor room overlooked the pool and had soft beds, good air conditioning, a great shower, and was clean. The restaurant food was good, the pool was clean, and its staff were awesome, though the front desk staff weren’t. The curtains need updating because outside lights come through at night.

The pool looked beautiful, but getting a drink or even finding out who could help was a struggle. Staff seemed bothered when asked for information they should have provided, and they were too busy talking to help with basic requests like a cup of ice or details about tours. The restaurant closes at 6pm. It was summer, and as a business person I kept thinking this place could have music, drinks, and finger food. We drove seven hours to get there, and another couple had driven two days. After that kind of trip, a drink by the pool would have been nice. I hope management reads this and makes some changes. Now I know there are better places, nicer hotels, and other options, so I won’t be back.
