Casa de los Sueños Boutique Hotel

I liked walking and using a collectivo taxi when I wanted to go farther, though renting a golf cart is probably easier for getting around. Across from the hotel, the coffee bus and smoothie stall are must tries. There was also a family selling popcorn, chips, and chicharron up the road, reasonably priced and just right for a snack after the pool while cooling off in the AC. Casa de los Suenos is a gem on Isla Mujeres. I was so relaxed that I added two days to my stay. The rooms and lobby are beautiful, and I especially loved the conversation pit. Carlos made me feel welcome and like family from the moment I arrived, and the staff couldn’t do enough. Spending time at Kin Ha and the infinity pool made the trip restful. I loved the quieter south side. Muchismo gracias for the welcome, I loved my stay and can’t wait to return!

We only spent one night in the Presidential Suite over Thanksgiving, but I wished we could have stayed for a month. It had a private pool and an incredible view, and felt like an apartment, with floor to ceiling windows, a full kitchen, and even a backyard area. The staff were warm and helpful, especially Robert and Carlos. The location was great, a short drive from fantastic restaurants and with a great beach club across the street. We’ll definitely come back.

The views were amazing, the rooms were great, and the internet worked well inside the hotel. The beach area Wi-Fi was very weak and really needs improvement. Carlos and Roger were fantastic, friendly, and always ready to help. I had a great stay at Casa de los Sueños in Isla Mujeres last week, and would definitely return once the beach internet is fixed. The hotel is in a stunning spot on the quiet southern end of the island. We loved the pool and the beautiful access to the water. Carlos and Roger were caring and attentive, ready to help with all our requests. We’d come back to this hotel paradise without a doubt.
