We had a great full stay.

The restaurant, grounds, and hotel staff were lovely, and the pools were clean and great for a midday swim. They could use a little more attention to leaves and bugs. A few things kept this from being a perfect stay. We could only reach the lobby remotely through WhatsApp, and replies were unpredictable. After 10pm, there were none. The room also needed a small table for room service trays. One day our towels weren't folded, and the replacements they brought weren't folded either. Thanks for a good stay overall.

The setting is peaceful, with a great view, and the rooms are really lovely. The staff were the friendliest I've ever seen at a hotel. Definitely recommend it for a weekend away as a couple or with family.

Such a bad experience. The prices are boutique, but the service didn't feel boutique at all, and I wouldn't recommend staying here or come back. It was our anniversary, and my partner had arranged flowers when booking. There was nothing in the room when we arrived. He had to message them and send a screenshot proving they'd said they would provide flowers. They apparently didn't know about the anniversary. The shower water in the room was cold. I raised it with the receptionists, who more or less denied there was a problem. The room bulbs were burned out, too. We requested two spa sessions after they offered the spa, but never got them, and nobody apologized for the poor appointment handling or communication. At checkout, the receptionist said the valet hadn't arrived, so we'd need to open the parking gate and carry our belongings down ourselves. I asked the busy manager for help. They did help, but hadn't offered. Very, very, very bad experience. Don't go, find another hotel that actually provides boutique service and quality.
