Service is through the Panoramico, but for the price, it's one of the best options in the city. The place is very clean, with AC and hot water.

The room is clean, but the AC and TV don't work, and there's no hot water at the sink or in the bathroom, just an electric shower. There isn't a reception desk or security, and the gates stay open all night. You have to get the key from the Hotel Panoramico, a block and a half away. Be warned if you're arriving there at night.

The view of the best of Ciudad Victoria is a highlight, and it's peaceful, away from the city center noise. Price and location are the best. It has everything you need for one night, more than excellent, and I always keep it in mind when I'm on my way to Tampico.

The electric shower doesn't work, and it hasn't been maintained. The check-in setup is very poorly organized: to get a room, you have to go to another hotel halfway down the street.
