8/10
The apartment is a perfect size, with a living room and small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a room with washing and drying machines. The location is very good, close to El Angel de la Independencia. Cleanliness could be better. The bathrooms looked clean enough, but the floors looked bad and we had to mop them. Some kitchen items also needed cleaning, including the dish-drying platform. It was a bit surprising that the concierge didn’t speak English at all.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, with a full kitchen, strong WiFi, washer and dryer, and a sunny terrace. Staff were friendly and available 24/7, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Kolben Nuoma is just a few blocks from the Angel of Independence and Paseo de la Reforma, so the location is hard to beat. I was very happy with my recent stay in CDMX and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for leisure or business.

The location near Reforma in a really nice part of CDMX was a big plus, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with roomy, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a laundry room.

My daughter spent over two months at Kolben-Nuoma and had a great stay. My sister and I came to visit and saw for ourselves that it was a really good Airbnb experience. The place was new, clean, and well looked after, with a safe, convenient location near cafes and plenty of places for lunch or dinner.
