The location was excellent, and the property was spotless. Bedding, towels, and pillows were excellent quality, everything was very clean, and the AC and fan made it comfortable. Just know the room is open to the shared restaurant area, so cups and saucers start clinking at 7:30am if you planned to sleep in. Bring earplugs. Compressor noise could also interrupt sleep. Highly recommend, with earplugs in case you need them.

The location is hard to beat, less than a minute's walk from any restaurant or bar. Each day, the cleaning service fully cleaned the room and put fresh sheets on the beds. The service was great whenever we had an issue. We had a great experience and would come here anytime for an authentic Huatulco experience.

Hotel Maria Mixteca is in a prime location, and everyone working there was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My group and I had a lovely stay. The rooms were very clean, with large bathrooms, proper air conditioning, and superb daily room service. We'd love to stay again.

The food downstairs in the restaurant was tasty and well made. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. This place was fantastic, and when I come back to visit, I'll choose this hotel without a doubt.

Housekeeping came daily and left two bottles of water. The rooms are spacious, with AC and a fan, a large shower, and a comfortable bed. It's basic but has a few upgrades. A kettle and coffee in the room would be nice.
