The restaurant was the best part for me, it was great. The spa was a letdown, though. For what it costs, I expected more expertise. The place also seems to need some updating and care. In the room, TV reception was poor, and the rooms could use more careful supervision.

The pool is on the small side, but with so few rooms, a bigger one doesn’t seem necessary. The service there was superb, and everyone, from the valet and reception to the pool staff, made us feel so welcome that we didn’t want to leave. It’s a gorgeous little boutique hotel with well-kept grounds and rooms. Our room felt modern and comfortable, and the food was delicious, both at the restaurant and when ordering in. Prices were a little high, though ordering to the room or pool was convenient. The spa was amazing too. Ask for Cynthia for a wonderful massage, and Judith was excellent with the spa treatments. They both made you feel like time and space had disappeared.

The spa is a must, and the food was delicious. We loved every minute of our honeymoon here. The staff paid close attention to details and treated us like royalty. Our room was amazing, very clean and comfortable, with new beds. I can’t say enough good things about it.
