One Cuautitilan

This hotel costs too much for all the things that don’t work. My tub was broken, and nobody dealt with it after I asked. The phone didn’t work either. Housekeeping also turns off the A/C for some reason, so I’d come back to a hot room.

Room service doesn’t run around the clock. When you ask for breakfast in your room, the staff seem annoyed, the order arrives incomplete or wrong, and they suggest you go get the food yourself.

I spent three weeks here for work and, even though I travel a lot, I felt at home. The staff are lovely, friendly, kind, and hardworking. The hotel is well organized and clean, the beer selection is good, and breakfast is excellent.

Breakfast had plenty of variety, the beds were firm, and it was quiet. The one minor frustration was the shower head being above my head: adjusting the water temperature meant stepping into the spray. I liked staying here and recommend the hotel.
